![]() ![]() ![]() Im guessing something in the registry involving the game is messed up so I guess I'm going to mess with that unless theres something Im missing. I do remember getting the "Tripwire" startup box when you launch RO2 but I don't know what the hell I did that messed it all up. But since the hardware upgrade I can't play my favourite game Red Orchestra 2/ Rising. Video card: 128 MB (nVidia GeForce 6600/ATI Radeon x1300) Video card: no data. I never had a single crash on that system with any game in 8 years. Hello, I recently upgraded my old PC (i5 3570k and GTX 770) to a complete AMD build (5600x and 6800XT) with a fresh windows install. That might be an issue, I can't remember what the installer is supposed to do normally. Game crashing with 6800XT in Red Orchestra 2/ Rising Storm. ![]() The installer when run gets to something called MS Charts then promptly shuts. I have tried installing the uninstalling and reinstalling assets that RO2 needs myself but this resulted in nothing just aswell. Launching through steam does nothing but show Im "playing" the game without ever actuallying opening any windows or doing anything and then promply goes back to "online" state. The "FAQ" was completely worthless as they usually are in my expereince and the only message I get is if I try to directly launch the game from the game folder to which I get an error saying that steam is required. Tried everything from uninstalling the game multiple times to uninstalling steam, aswell as changing driver versions, deleting the configs, starting it up 20 times, messing with compatability modes and starting as admin and probably other stuff I dont remember. ![]()
